• Purchase mandates, withdrawal requests, invoices and accounting records: 10 years (Article 123(4) of the Portuguese Corporate Income Tax Code, CIRC)
• Buyer referrals made by referral partners that do not result in a sale: 12 months after the referral or the decision on it
• Contact requests, personalized searches, parts requests, and vehicle sales proposals without commercial follow-up: 24 months after the last contact.
• Dealer accounts: while the account is active; issued invoices are valid for 10 years.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
• Analytics data: 14 months (GA4)
• Marketing cookies: 3 months

At the end of these periods, the data is automatically deleted.
